User Responsibilities

- You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
- You agree not to resell or redistribute Krooz TV content without written permission.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Payment and Billing
All Krooz TV subscription payments are processed securely. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Krooz TV does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
